Airfix remembering the 30 year Falklands conflict

Airfix publishes a webpage dedicated to the Falklands war, 30 years ago. Fighting over Falklands island are the Argentinian armed forces with British armed forces. the war lasted 74 days.

Get your hands on Falklands combatants, including Douglas A-4 Skyhawk, various series of BAe Sea Harrier and Avro Vulcan aircraft. All released by Airfix.

    Amazing how after all of these years there is still an ongoing dispute over ownership of these islands.

    Never had the pleasure of flying there but I understand there is a booming economy there. Perhaps I should grab my Randolph Sunglasses and head down that way.
